Shipping & Returns


Please note that delivery times may be slower due to COVID-19. Most deliveries are running on time, but please give a few more days for your order to arrive. Take care & stay safe.

We ship all non-subscription orders worldwide. However, we only currently ship subscription orders within the United Kingdom and Ireland.


Recurring subscription order 

Once you have made a payment towards your subscription order, you will receive your first order a week after and thereafter deliveries will be received every 30-days. We will send you an email to let you know when we have dispatched your subscription box, which will also contain your tracking information. Read our subscription policy.


Where do PerfumeSplash subscription order ship? 
We currently offer subscription services within the United Kingdom and Ireland only. Subscribers in Ireland may experience slightly longer delivery times. You will receive tracking notifications via email once your subscription box has shipped. 

If you've subscribed to a recurring order and you're not addressed in the United Kingdom or Ireland, unfortunately, your order will be cancelled. As we expand, we plan to ship other regions across the world.   



Can I return my PerfumeSplash order and have its costs refunded?

Due to hygiene, health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges on skincare products and perfume. All gift cards and select items are final sales.

  • If you do not wish to receive your non-subscription order, please email within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • If you do not wish to continue with your recurring subscription order, ensure you cancel at least 7 days before your billing date.
