Question 1: How do I sign up to a subscription box?

Create a PerfumeSplash account (see question 11 for how to create an account). Note: Once you've created an account/logged in, you will be able to sign up for a monthly subscription box.


1. Go to the navigation menu

2. Select 'Choose your box'

3. Select your preferred category i.e. Women, Men or Unisex

4. Choose your monthly scent collection

5. Add to cart 

6. Checkout 


Question 2: I need to update my account information. How do I do that? 

Log in to your PerfumeSplash account on desktop or mobile 


1. Go to your PerfumeSplash 'My account' page

2. Go to 'Manage subscription'

3. Go to 'Address and shipping details' 

3. Edit details 

4. Save changes


Question 3: How do I choose/change my monthly fragrance?

Log in to your PerfumeSplash account on desktop or mobile 


1. Go to your PerfumeSplash 'My account' page

2. Go to 'Manage subscription'

3. Go to 'My subscription boxes'

4. Go to 'Change scent collection'

5. Select your preferred scent collection

6. Save changes


Question 4: How do I cancel my subscription?

All plans automatically renew at the end of the subscription plan that you are enrolled to on the 1st of each month, but you can cancel at any time.

Question 5: When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?

All PerfumeSplash subscription plans are renewed automatically. We offer subscriptions on a month-to-month basis. Please note that all subscription changes are billed immediately.


Question 6: I haven’t received my PerfumeSplash subscription box yet. When will I receive it?

Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of its shipment along with a tracking number to help you monitor the delivery progress. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active. Your tracking number is also accessible via your customer account. 


Question 7: Where does PerfumeSplash ship?

We currently only offer subscription boxes within the United Kingdom and Ireland. Subscribers in Ireland may experience slightly longer delivery times. As we expand, we hope to ship subscription boxes to other regions across the world, so stay updated.

We offer International Shipping on all other non-subscription items.

Question 8: I just placed an order! When will it ship?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment has been made. If you've opted for Next Day Delivery and ordered before 12 PM, your order will be shipped on the same day. 


Question 9: How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking notifications via email if you opt for it when checking out. 


Question 10: Do I have to sign for my PerfumeSplash delivery?

We want to make this as easy and stress free as possible for you. Your PerfumeSplash package can easily be posted through your letter box ensuring you receive it even when you're not home.


Question 11: How do I create a PerfumeSplash account?


1. On the navigation menu, select the 'Account' icon:

3. Insert your details 

4. Select 'Create'
