My account

I'm unable to sign into my account

  • In order to log in for the first time, you will need to log in using the temporary password that is given in the initial sign-up email.
  • When you place an order with us, you should receive a confirmation email with a temporary login password to be used upon the first login, after which you will be prompted to change your password.
  • The temporary password given in the confirmation email is 10 unique characters to be used one time upon the initial sign-up.
  • These 10 unique characters are given in the initial email link and you will need to use them to sign in for the first time.

I need to update my account information. How do I do that?

Log in to your Perfume Splash account on desktop or mobile 


1. Go to your PerfumeSplash 'My account' page 

2. Go to 'Manage subscription'

3. Go to 'Address and shipping information' etc.  

4. Edit details 

5. Save changes 

How do I choose/change my monthly fragrance?

Log in to your PerfumeSplash account on desktop or mobile 


1. Go to your PerfumeSplash 'My account' page

2. Select 'Manage subscription' 

3. Go to the 'Change your collection' tab

4. Select 'Change collection'

5. Select your preferred scent collection 

6. Save changes 

Please note: you can only choose one scent collection at a time. You can update this monthly. 

How do I create a PerfumeSplash account?


1. On the navigation menu, select the 'Account' icon:

How does the monthly subscription service work?

Once you have made a payment towards your subscription, you will receive your first box a week after and thereafter deliveries will be received every 30-days. We will send you an email to let you know when we have dispatched your subscription box, which will also contain your tracking information. 

All subscriptions are billed automatically every month. 

How do I sign up to a subscription box?

Create a PerfumeSplash account. Note: Once you've created an account/logged in, you will be able to complete checkout with a monthly subscription box.

3. Select your preferred category i.e. women, men or unisex 

4. Choose your scent collection

When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?

All PerfumeSplash subscription plans are renewed automatically. We offer subscriptions on a month-to-month basis. Please note that all subscription changes are billed immediately.

I haven't received my PerfumeSplash subscription box yet. When will I receive it?

Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive an email confirmation of its shipment along with the tracking details to help you monitor the delivery progress. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active. 


What is Perfume Splash?

Perfume Splash is a monthly perfume subscription service. Every month, we deliver a perfume from the collection of your choice to your door.

Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes, they are. All our perfumes are 100% authentic and come directly from designer brands. We do not sell fakes or imitations of any kind. We take this very seriously and only provide you with authentic, genuine designer perfumes. 

How many perfumes will I get each month? 

You will receive one 10 ml perfume from the scent collection of your choice every month.

How is PerfumeSplash keeping production and shipping facilities sanitary?
We take COVID-19 and hygiene very seriously. Our measures are as follows: 

  • Our work environment is thoroughly sanitised several times a day.
  • Frequent hand washing and sanitising is mandatory.

  • The wearing of protective gloves, masks & face coverings are mandatory.

How will this affect my UK/Ireland order?

We are doing our best to get your order to you quickly and safely but please note delivery delays may occur. 

Domestic orders placed through are processed in 1-3 business days. Once shipped, orders can take up to 7 additional days to arrive due to the shipping providers delivery system and safety measures. 

Why is my shipment delayed?

As shipping providers are facing massive strain, your order may take slightly longer to arrive once shipped. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, PerfumeSplash is no longer responsible for any delivery delays that may occur. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order.

How can I cancel my order?
At this time we are unable to change or cancel orders once placed. 


I’ve placed an order with PerfumeSplash. How will this affect my international shipment?
Due to the current global pandemic, shipping providers are facing massive strain, and many have been experiencing significant delays. Please expect delayed delivery timelines, with up to 5-10 additional business days to leave the country once shipped.

International orders placed through are typically processed in 1-5 business days. Once shipped, international orders can take up to three weeks to arrive since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely in the control of the shipping providers. Once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider, PerfumeSplash is no longer responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.



How do I submit a product review?

Simply visit the product page and scroll down to the review section. Provide your name, rate the product and write your thoughts about it. Add a title to your review, then click "post' and you're done!

A review's content will be rejected if it is offensive, insulting, promotes outside interests, contains links and is deemed inappropriate. 

How should I use the perfume in my PerfumeSplash box?

Simply spray on everyday. You can pair with your favourite moisturiser or hand cream. See our perfume tips page for more info. 

How do I find out what perfume is in my PerfumeSplash box before I receive it?

Here at PERFUMESPLASH, we want to create unexpected monthly surprises for our subscribers. It's all a part of the discovery and exploring journey, finding what you love. The anticipation and suspense altogether makes it all fun. For this reasons, we do not reveal your perfume until you receive it at your door.

Is the PerfumeSplash box individually curated?

Our team of perfumers work together to select and curate the best perfumes to match your scent quiz results. Seeing as individual taste and preferences differ vastly, we cannot always guarantee you'll like every single perfume you receive. 

What products are offered in a PerfumeSplash box?

Every month, we carefully curate one perfume (in a 10ml case) from a designer brand, based on the scent collection of your choice. 

Shipping & Tracking

Where does PerfumeSplash ship?

We currently only offer subscription boxes within the United Kingdom and Ireland. Subscribers in Ireland may experience slightly longer delivery times. As we expand, we hope to ship subscription boxes to other region across the world, so stay updated.

We offer International Shipping on all other non-subscription items. Read our shipping policy.

I just placed an order! When will it ship?

Your order will be shipped within 1-7 days after payment has been made. If you've opted for Next Day Delivery and ordered before 12 PM, your order will be shipped on the same day.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking notifications via email if you opt for it when checking out.

Do I have to sign for my PerfumeSplash delivery?

Your PerfumeSplash package must be signed for.

I haven't received my PerfumeSplash order yet. When will I receive it?

Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping update via email containing your tracking details to help you monitor your delivery progress. Your first PerfumeSplash package will be shipped within 1-7 days. Delivery times may be longer due to Covid-19. After the first month, your package will be shipped within 1-7 days after billing occurs.

Recurring payment 

By charging a month-to-month subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. 

Returns & Refunds

What is eligible for a return and refund?

For hygiene reasons, PerfumeSplash subscription items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns. 

All gift cards and select items are final sales. 

Can I return my PerfumeSplash box and have its costs refunded?

Due to hygiene, health and safety regulations, PERFUMESPLASH does not accept returns or process exchanges. Cancellations can however take place. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription, ensure you cancel 7 days before your billing date.
